| Description: | Funky and musty -- this one is an expert level beer. Big medicinal and herbaceous funk on the nose with a very subtle sherry wine note. Flavor has fermented elderberry, port wine and oak tannins. Band Aid and horse blanket funk is pronounced but kept in check thanks to the berry sweetness. This one is esoteric for sure. | |
