This beer is aged for nearly a year on Heaven Hill bourbon barrels before being transferred into Woodford Reserve barrels. Incredibly compex, sweet nose. Barley, honey, toast, vanilla, fig and blackberry over caramelized sugar. Bourbon and molasses up front with hints of dark berry. Big warming alcohol with a sweet caramel and toffee flavor running through. Incredible complexity puncuated by a medium carbonation and boozy vanilla and leather notes. | |
