| Description: | The first lager of the Project Elevate Series was named after a cloud formation observed over the brewery that reminded them of a triple slow pour from a Pilsner. Tower Cloud was brewed in September exclusively with the New Zealand hop Pacifica and lagered for an extensive amount of time before its release. Tower Cloud pours a bright and sparkling pale yellow. It is light bodied, sunny, zippy, and crisp. Flavors of mowing the lawn while eating salt-less saltine crackers in a floral meadows lead into a collected finish and a pop of crispness. This pils is crushable and one of their finest lagers to date. | |
