| Description: | Taking its name from some Cops Episodes filmed here in Dallas with the uttered lines of "Sit down or I'll sit you down" came this Imperial IPA Dry Hopped with over a pound of hops per barrel. Pours golden in color and a high floral ester aroma. Malt flavor is high but understandably balances the boldly high hop notes, fresh and lively alongside some intentional alcohol warmth. 10% ABV. |
