| Description: | Pours a beautifully clear golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms and sticks around for a minute. Light lace is left behind as that recedes. A simple, and very enjoyable balance of grains, bread, and crackers. Along with some hops that are grassy/lemony and with a peppery spice. Like the nose, baked bread, grains and crackers like malts. Balanced with grassy and peppery hops that leaves a nice lingering bitterness. A light to medium body. Effervescent carbonation. This is super crisp, clean and wonderfully dry. | |
