The hazelnut coffee really dominates the aroma with some woody vanilla from the barrel aging. The flavor is sweet and changes significantly as the beer warms. There is a dark chocolate syrup on the front end with a nutty background and the hazlenut coffee comes through towards the end with some definite warming alcohol in the finish. 14% ABV | |
