Style: | Cold IPA |
Brewer: | Great Heights Houston, Texas |
Country: | United States |
Container: | Draught |
ABV: | 6.4% |
Description: | Named for perhaps the most important man in the history of our city (although he had zero connection to Houston that we’re aware of), Willis Carrier, the inventor of air-conditioning. This beer is brewed with lager yeast but fermented quicker at a warmer temperature. The body is light and crisp from a good chunk of rice in the grist, but hopped and dry-hopped with PNW hops like a good American IPA. |
