| Description: | Pours a faint pinkish red. This complex yet light and fresh beer is made using second run raspberries and boysenberries already fermented in other Fair Isle beers. The result is a more petite and subtle beer with a drier expression of the fruit. Time spent againg on oak gives the beer a nice punchy funk and a very mild tannin note. |
