This beer-wine hybrid is spritzy, super dry, and absolutely effervescent. It's a light, gentle beer white grape aroma. The Brett makes the aroma more complex and balances beautifully with the juiciness of the fruit. It has subtle barrel character and allows the wine characteristics to dominate. 7.5% |
