The aroma bears bright peaks of zest and distinctly tangy yeast with subtly sweet undertones of citrus flesh and honey. The flavor of this beer has much resemblance to under ripe pineapple, with notes on the back of mildly yogurt-like creaminess which complements the bright, acrid tang that fills your mouth upon each sip. This beer is highly effervescent which, in conjunction with the bright, citrus tang makes for a clean and bright finish on the palate. 6.1% ABV | |
