| Description: | Formerly known as Camerise, this beer uses Canadian haskap berries. Reddish purple pour with pink edges when held to light. This may be the most fruit forward Cantillon beer we have ever come across. Super jammy upfront with notes of plum, blackberry, raspberry and currant. We have no idea what a haskap berry is but they are delicious. Signature Cantillon funk is buried deep under all the sweet, soft dark fruit but as the beer warms and opens up, look for a dry musty cellar funk with hints of wet straw, limestone and blue cheese. |
