| Description: | Pours very hazy golden/orange/amber color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing and some streaming carbonation on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big juicy strawberries, vanilla frosting, cake batter, tangerine, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/zest, pine, wheat, white bread dough, cream, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. More cake/frosting-like in the aromas than the flavors, which are more IPA centric. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Slight fruit tang/tartness. Medium carbonation and medium body. Balanced creamy/silky/grainy malts and lactose; sticky hops, and some resins in the mouthfeel. Increasing resin dryness, with no hop/fruit astringency. Nicely soft feel. Mild increasing warmth of 7.5%. | |
