| Description: | A classic saison brewed to celebrate New Province's 5th Anniversary. Brewed in a traditional way and then aged for 5 months in Sauvignon Blanc barrels this saison packs a bigger punch than expected. Pear and white pepper are prominent in the nose with some woody and light vanilla as well. The flavor is deep and complex with pear and green apple coming through first before giving way to funky, spicy notes from the yeast and light wood from the barrel itself.
