| Description: | This beer pours a deep mahoganey with ruby highlights. The aroma is tart dark fruit, plums and dark cherry with tannic woodiness from the red wine barrel aging. Sharply acidic on the tongue at first, tart fruit with a touch of sweetness balance the beer out a bit with some depth added from caramel notes in the malt backbone.
