This imperial hazy IPA introduces us to an interesting compound called Thiols. Thiols are an aroma driving compound found in white wine grape skins and have recently been discovered in hops as well. The inclusion of thiols and phantasm - a thiol enhancing powder, along with an addition of Sauvignon Blanc juice drive home a big aroma of white grape and guava in this beer. The hops used bring flavors of pineapple and passionfruit and there is a soft white wine undertone on the finish. Equally as tasty as it is interesting! 8% abv
