This is not your average belgian strong golden ale. It is actually a mix of a tripel like blond top fermenting ale and a lambic that imparts a sourness to this boozy beer. It pours a dark gold, almost copper, with a snow white head. It yields aromas of sour lemons, granny smith apples, white pepper, and farmhouse funk that intensify in the taste with added earthy notes. It is medium bodied and has a pucking fresh fruit finish. 11% ABV.
