| Description: | Brewed with 11 of the spices that normally used to cure pastrami, this take on a dark lager pours a deep chocolate brown with lightly smoky notes in the aroma. The flavor is more muted than expected at first carrying lots of flavors from the spices added, but with nothing dominating. Smokiness is sublte, but present throughout with roasted grain and woody notes most prominent. The finish is where the spices really come through, with clove and other spices popping out as the smokiness fades. 8.5% ABV |
