| Description: | Ghost Cannon was brewed with a base of San Jacinto Heritage and Wildfire Pale malts from TexMalt, oats, and raw wheat. It pours a hazy, deep golden in color w/ notes of pine and grapefruit from the intense hops used. They kettle hopped it with Idaho 7 and El Dorado. At the start of fermentation (pure culture of Omega Cosmic Punch) they added Phantasm powder and El Dorado hop hash. They then dry-hopped with Citra, Cirtra Cryo, and Sabro Cryo. 4.9 pounds of hops per barrel. Medium bodied it finishes w/ pine and grapefruit coated around your tongue and a very light lingering hop. 8.5% abv. |
