This brown ale pours a chuestnut brown with little to no head retention. The aroma is lightly nutty with a touch of maple. The maple comes through a lot more in the flavor and complements the dry, wood, nutty, earthy nicely. The sweetness adds some complexity without overpowering the nuance of the rest of the beer. Maple sweetness extends deep into the finish of this beer as well. 5.8% ABV
