Flyway takes a traditional approach to a gose, meticulously layering the salty and sour notes and then they add a ton of key lime to add huge, fresh lime citrus aroma and a  touch of sweetness to an otherwise tart beer. Lime explodes on the palate in the flavor of the beer before giving way to subtle saltiness in the finish. Light in body and far more approachable than most other beers in the style, this Gose was made for the warmer spring temperatures.
