Another variant of Equal Parts' Exotica Tiki-inspired Sour series!  This version is based on a Headhunter cocktail. A base of oats and wheat with tropical HBC472 hops provides the foundation for the beer. They then added sweet Barbados molasses to add a rum character, and orange blossom honey over top of peach, papaya, and Lime. It all comes together in a fantastic multi-layering of flavor that transports you straight to the tiki bar.
