Pours a very dark mahogany brown, appearing opaque black in the glass with a quarter finger khaki head that dissipates to a thin film with light, solid lacing. The aroma of dark toasted malt, molasses, dry caramel, cocoa, whiskey, oak, and a hint of cherry. The flavor is dark toasted malt with slight char, dry caramel, bourbon, light cocoa and coffee, mild barrel vanilla, oak and a touch of cherry. The finish is bourbon and oak. Medium-bodied with light to moderate creaminess and active carbonation. 14.2% ABV
