This golden stout starts with classic American 2-row barley, a dose of Munich malt for a rich toasty note, and some flaked oats to add a silky mouthfeel. Unlike a traditional stout, which is typically brewed using roasted malt, we opt for natural additions, like coffee beans and cacao nibs, that mimic these dark chocolate and espresso flavors that traditionally come from grains. In the end, you’re left with a truly trippy beer that has the appearance of a perfect summer sipper and all the complexity of a dark velvety stout. 6.5% ABV
