Wheels Stop spent 6 months in an American Oak Foeder and was fermented with Saison and Brettanomyces yeast. It was brewed with American Noble hops, which are the leftovers from the cryo hop process. These lend a more herbal noble hop character to the beer, along with a touch of tart, oak and funk. Cheers! "Wheels Stop". These two words carry a great significance for the Space Shuttle Program.
