It pours nearly black with a dense frothy cocoa brown head that settles to a light layer and leaves some nice lacing. Smell is roasty, lots of coffee, chocolate, dark sugar, bourbon, vanilla, a bit earthy and spicy, and a touch of oak. Strong tastes of roasty, big dark chocolate and coffee, nice touch of bourbon, dark sugar, vanilla, slight spicy and earthy notes, and faint oak, with a touch of alcohol poking though.
