This unique beer is actually brewed using ancient techniques which involves the beer being boiled over onyx rocks that are heated up to 900+ degrees. Pours a vibrant dark amber color. In the aroma you get gentle notes of toasted bread and mild alcohol. When it hits your tongue you get tastes of caramelized alcohol, sweet oranges, fresh cherries and a slight perfuminess. This medium bodied brew finishes with a lingering sugared grapefruit rind and a slight residual bitterness. 11% ABV.
