⌂ > Saint Arnold Raspberry Bounce

Pours a brilliant pinkish amber.  Nose is punchy with notes of whiskey, orange blossom honey, vanilla and berries. Think tart boozy raspberry preserves.  Bright and bubbly palate livens it up but the whiskey is still pronounced over the fresh raspberries & cream note.  Sour acidity is mild to medium and fades quickly.  A very slight grass and hay funk as the beer warms.  Remarkably light and clean finish for the style.
