Description: | Inspired by the gose beers (pronounced goh-zuh) of Goslar, Germany, this cider is first soured to create refreshing acidity before being fermented on mango puree and finished with Maldon sea salt and lots and lots of coriander. The nose is buttery mango, tropical fruit, and herbaceous, lemony, coriander. The palate is exceptionally dry and acidic but with a subtle roundness from the addition of salt. Mangose's Revenge is named for the first round of this cider (simply called Mangose) that was released a few years ago and didn't get the attention and respect it deserved. 4.5% ABV | |
