This wood-aged saison pours a very light, slightly hazy gold with plenty of carbonation throughout. Brewed with a house cultivated Brettanomyces strain that gives the lemon, grassy aroma an additional funky fruit aromas and light honey. The flavor pops immediately with herbal and lemon notes intermingling with an almost peachy flavor that gives way to light oakiness that takes over the finish. Fantastic addition to Gotahold's formidable portfolio. 6.2% ABV
