Pale Gold in color with a rich white head, this beer is brewed, fermented and conditioned with raw honey from Good Flow Honey out of Austin, TX. This beer, while being heady with honey is also going to have the signature Jester King tang as they use the natural souring bacteria and yeast present in the hill-country that surrounds the brewery. This balances the honey and gives you wonderful floral notes and all the flavor of honey without overwhelming sweetness. The finish is tangy and dry and light enough to bring you back for another sip in the Texas summer heat. 5.8% ABV
