Hop Solo is No Label's series of innovative brews, each showcasing a different and exciting hop varietal, used in the bittering, aroma, flavor and whirlpool additions. You get to drink, taste and smell the essence of what each hop varietal brings to the beer. No Label focuses on new hop varieties to offer something special, most which cannot be found in the Texas beer market. This offering is brewed using Melba hops. Developed and grown exclusively in Australia, this high-alpha acid hop (read: great for bittering) imparts distinct tropical flavors of citrus, peach, and passion fruit. 5.5% ABV
