| Description: | This high gravity ale was brewed with Belgian Special B, German Chocolate malts and Flaked Oats, then aged in bourbon barrels. Honey and Lactose were added in the boil. After fermentation it was aged for several weeks on oak chips and then infused with locally roasted coffee from Magnolia Coffee Company. Pours a dark brown color with a thick khaki head. Aromas of chocolate and roasted coffee give way to similar flavors. 10% ABV | |
