Brown ale brewed with locally-grown and house-roasted chestnuts. Mashed with local barley malt along with a delicate blend of their favorite caramel and chocolate malts. Steeped on a massive amount of locally grown chestnuts, processed in-house and roasted in their wood fired oven. Fermented with theirr preferred house ale yeast for a decidedly dry yet full bodied finish. One of our favorite seasonal offerings, the chestnut has a certain seasonable charm with flavors that pair perfectly with the caramel and toffee-forward backbone of this rich brown ale. 5.8% ABV
