Made to remind one of the flavors of a pale ale without actually being one, this farmhouse ale pours hazy gold with aromatic notes of sweet honey and mild citrus.  The flavor of this brew, however, features bright, zesty, acidic notes derived from the addition of both grapefruit and lime that make one most definitely think of a pale ale.  The tart finish this brew carries makes one think more of a hop acidity than the traditional tangy character you find in farmhouse ales from Jester king.  Low abv for hot weather and high flavor without weightiness.... Very drinkable! 4.5% ABV
