Envisioned as the perfect lager to crush while fighting the think Lousiana humidty this American style pilsner pours a clear, crisp gold with late hop additions of Mosaic and Cascade doing a lot of the heavy lifting in the aroma. Notes of bread dough are relegated to the background and the American hops shine through in the flavor mixing with the biscuity malt to give the beer a decidedly more citrus forward flavor to go along with more traditional grassy flavors. The beer falls out of balance from traditional pilsners letting their hop additions really sing in this crushable American pilsner.  5% ABV
