Description: | Mashed with local barley and rye from their friends at Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina. Hopped intensely in the whirlpool with simcoe and mosaic hops. Fermented with Fonta Flora's preferred clean ale yeast until bone dry. Massively dry hopped with even more simcoe and mosaic hops. Brewed to blend the coasts together, this incredibly aromatic IPA is hopped like a NE style but has the drinkability of the old school west coast crushers. 6.8% ABV | |
