The next iteration of their Park Pale series highlights a new-ish american hop that isn't going anywhere for a very long time: Citra. First released in 2008, Citra has gone from one of the hot new hops to a craft beer staple, finding a home in an array of beer styles. It is aptly named, giving off aromas and flavors of grapefruit, lime, peach; and due to it's parentage coming partially from noble european hops a hint of smooth floral throughout. 5.7%
