Description: | Once an extremely rare bottle from Bruery, now just very very uncommon. This Barleywine has been aged in Bourbon barrels with maple and cinnamon. The nose is boozy with sticky toffee and sugary maple underneath strong cinnamon notes. Warming alcohol is big and reminescient of vanilla extract. Never so hot as to be undrinkable. Soft sweet toasted cinnamon bread on the finish. A rare delicacy. | |
