⌂ > Prairie Key Lime Sour

Pale gold in color with a quickly disappating, loose and foamy head.  This sour wheat is made using vanilla and lime to mimic the flavours you enjoy while muching on some Key lime pie!  You definitely will notice notes of lime zest as well as some yogurt like aromas on the nose with just the faintest hint of curacao oranges and coriander, whereas the flavour is incredibly bright with freshly squeezed lime juice that really kicks with tartness in conjuntion with the already tart base beer.  The sourness of the initial flavour is mellowed by notes of vanilla creaminess and mild, clove like spice that pull in some warmth and help leave you with a lingering pie-like flavour on the palate.  Light bodied but some BIG sour presence!
