Hopped as a NEIPA, they added a heavy dose of Belma, Mandarina Bavaria, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra to this Black IPA to impart citrus and berry notes, further enhanced by the addition of over 500 lbs of juicy strawberries in the fermenter. Mild roast and chocolate notes compliment the strawberry and hop-derived citrus aromas, and a subtle addition of lactose provides just enough body and residual sweetness to create a unique interpretation of the increasingly less common Black IPA style. 6.9% ABV
