⌂ > True Anomaly Trappist-1

Good thing Trappist Monks don't have aggressive legal teams.  This isn't a Trappist beer, rather an homge to the classic Belgian pale ale.  Pours light sunny gold.  Nose has honey, straw, grass and white pepper.  Grassy with a mild oat and hay character over a very subtle hop bitterness.  Clean, crisp with a mild yest ester note of pepper on the finish.
