ABV: | 5.5% |
Description: | If it was produced in the Belgian Senne Valley, this beer would be called a gueze. In the states it is referred to as Methode Gueze out of respect for traditonal Belgian producers. This iteration is far fuller than the very dry, oaky 2017 examples. Initial clover honey sweetness is overcome by wild grape must, wet musty grass, tart preserved lemon, mild peach skin and stone fruit and a funky horseblanket finish. Jester King limestone well water character is still present which is downright incredible. |
