Description: | Hoppy wheat beer. Most akin to hopfenweisse. Brewed with lots of wheat, a bit of barley, and hopped with Czech grown Saaz both hot and cold side. Fermented with hefeweizen yeast on the cooler side to suppress isoamyl acetate, and let the hop character shine a little brighter. Some nice and subtle expressions of lemon curd, birthday cake, cream of wheat, and tarragon. Snappy and dry, yet creamy and lush. | |
