This American Wild Ale from Jester King is a blend of beer, wine, and cider co-fermented with local apples from Canadian, Texas and Texas Cab Franc grapes. The color is a stunning bright ruby-orange with a thick, mousse-like head. Sweet strawberry, blackberry and earthy herbaceous funk dominate the flavor and the aroma of this blended ale. The sweet berry flavors and funky barnyard notes are met with a soft, lemon-like acidity. Bright, effervescent, and prickly mouthfeel on the palate. Finishes bone-dry, with a refreshing herbal finish.
