True Anomaly’s spring seasonal is a farmhouse ale brewed as an homage to the classic Belgian saison. A blend of both old world and new world ingredients, this beer is brewed with Belgian yeast, spelt grain, and American Noble hops. Pours hazy, bright sunshine gold. Spicy clove, white pepper, and orange dominate the aroma. Spelt grain complements the spicy qualities of the Belgian yeast in the flavor. Despite being yeast-forward, this beer has just enough of a hoppy bite to balance the fruit and spice notes. Medium to full bodied, with a lingering clovey finish.
