This dry-hopped barrel aged lambic-style beer is brewed in collaboration with Anaheim’s The Bruery. After being aged for four months in Upland’s house oak barrels, this beer is dry-hopped with Eureka and Citrus hops. Pours a light gold hue, with immediate aromas of hay, tropical fruit, and farmhouse funk. The flavor stays true to the aroma of this beer, along with sharp lemony acidic notes. Finishes tart and dry, with a hint of grass.
