This wood aged golden sour has been refermented with gooseberries.  Pours a bright sunshine golden with good head retention.  Aroma is brightly tart with a vinous white wine and oak character.  Medium body with a sharp acidity to open.  The sour character is tempered by a sugary blood orange and kiwi note.  Subtle hints of grass, lime and passion fruit on the finish.  Deeply complex.
