Extremely lightly hazy, very pale straw color. The honey and apple notes come through on the nose fairly sweet, but upon first sip you will be pleasantly surprised to discover the dry nature of this cider. The flavor starts off with a tart apple flavor, immediately balanced with a very subtle dose of honey that does not overpower the other flavors or make this cider cloyingly sweet. The highly carbonated mouthfeel almost lends to a feeling of spice on the palate, which works in perfect harmony with the honey and apple notes. 6% ABV
