This bright, clear golden tripel is bright with notes of coriander, a distinct clove spice and just the littlest bit of lemony pear in the aroma.  It's flavour harkens to a true, traditional Belgian-style Tripel with just the slightest bit of sweet curacao and lemon grass to help brighten the heavy notes of yeast present in the beer.  With a pretty hefty womp of alcohol warmth at 8.4% and a smooth, lingering Sichuan pepper-spice and sweet lemon zest finish this San Antonio native brew is definitely one to sip slowly and enjoy!
