This gose is brewed with 200 lbs. of Texas grapefruit juice and 100 lbs. of fresh California grown ruby grapefruit zest in each 30 bbl batch.Aroma of citrus, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart grapefruit, salty wheat and bready malt. The finish is tart with a salty grapefruit aftertaste.
